Frequently asked questions

Shipping - How do you ship, and what will it cost me?

I ship with UPS.

Under 14 inches will ship flat, in a mailer with mat board and plastic to protect from moisture.

Over 14 inches will ship in a tube, protected with a plastic sleeve, and that is packed inside a box with protective stuff in between. This is original art! I really want it to make it to you in perfect condition.

Every original artwork ships with insurance and a tracking number.

Prints over $250 ship for free.

Prints under $250 ship for $15.

Damage or Loss - What if my piece doesn’t arrive, or gets damaged in shipment?

I’m shedding a tear - and I will fully refund you, or exchange for a similar or comparable print. If the print is part of an edition, and has not been sold out, I will send you a replacement. If the print was one-of-a-kind, you can choose between prints of the same value, which I’ll ship at no cost to you, or you can pay (or be refunded) the difference for something of a different price.

Returns or Exchanges - Changed my mind?

It’s a big decision - I get it - you can return a piece if you reach out to me within a week of your package arriving. I’ll refund you if it arrives in the same condition it left me - but I can’t take on the return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return. Your refund will process when the print reaches me.

A return shipping label will be provided to you digitally when you contact me about starting a return. Repackage in original packaging, and drop off at a UPS near you, or schedule a pickup online. The cost of the return is deducted from your refund.

Framing - How should I display it?

Great question - your original and archival print would live best behind a mat, behind glass, framed to protect it from moisture and dust. Hang your print out of direct sunlight to preserve its color for many years. For more info on choosing frames, I’ll write up a thing about it and link it here.
