Historical Shingle Print

Hand-printed edition

The beauty in all the ordinary things around us - print is a form of reflection, reframing and making evident the beauty and history we often overlook in our environment.

These reflections in print are tribute to the tactile, to simplicity of ink impressed in paper, ridges and indents catching ink, ink as information. This "Historical Shingle", whatever its actual history and importance in the structure of the art community of Haystack School, is a nod to all those necessary elements.
